Where is your company located?

We are located in the United States (Charlotte, North Carolina to be exact!) but we ship worldwide.

 

How much is shipping anyway?

Weddings are expensive enough so shipping is always free in the US.

 

I love your dresses but I don't see my size listed. What can I do?

Just send us an email at contact@ashleyopokucollection.com, and we'll get your size made as long as our designers are able to make it. Usually, they can.

 

How long will it take to get my dress once I place an order?

Because dresses are made to order, getting your dress to you will take on average 2-4 weeks. In some instances, it may come sooner. We'll keep you posted either way but please plan accordingly so that you can get your dress in time for your big day!

 

I'd like to make some minor alterations to the dress, (e.g. add sleeves, remove sleeves, make longer/shorter.) Can I do that?

You absolutely can make minor alterations with no difference in price. However, in those instances, the dress will be non-returnable.

 

I got my dress and I hate it. Can I return it?

Sure! You can return your dress within 14 days for a full refund. Dresses will have to be unworn and in like-new condition. A refund will have to be approved based on the condition of the dress. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet satisfactory conditions. You will also be responsible for shipping the dress to us. Please send us an email beforehand at contact@ashleyopokucollection.com so that we can begin to process the return.
